Winter Blind Spot
I remember being taught and practicing not to hold your breath for more than a few seconds when target shooting as the reduced oxygen in your bloodstream affects your eyesight, causing a central blind spot.
During cold winter nights it pays not to breath anywhere near your eye piece and focuser as condensation quickly forms on the lenses. So I tend to hold my breath a little...but!
Anyone else get those blind spots when looking at faint stars, galaxies etc, how do you get around it...cheaply...snorkle?
