Just uploaded the only astro shot I have taken with this lens. If it weren't for the fact I can't quite get the CFW/CCD to come to focus with it (a mil of backfocus short, darn), I would be keeping it. In the end I have had to replace it with a Pentax 6x7 lens.
The Leica will be "plug and play" with any of the EOS bodies that most forum members use. Or via most of the OSC CCD's as well.
