Not sure about Selleys all clear, I use all types silicones and polyurethanes in my work but many years ago I once opened a Selleys all clear and it was like sap from a tree so i'm not to familiar with it, but which ever type you do use make sure it is a neutral cure silicone for a mirror and NOT an acidic type.
