Jupiter at 4.30am this morning
Seems Mike & I were out in the cold at the same time... wasn't too bad here, minimum was 12 degrees overnight.
Seeing was ok, maybe 8/10, not the best I've had, but at least it was good enough for me to grab lots of data.
Here's the result of processing 700 frames in each of red,green,blue through registax in batches of about 120, and then recombining the 6 masters in each colour to get the final image.
I've found that batch processing like this gives a smoother final image - you guys should try it. The downside is that it took 18 runs through registax :-(
