Hi all
Last night I used my spotting scope to look at the moon - 8pm Brisbane time - on the terminator I saw a fantastic large crater with a smaller one inside it (near the south pole). It looked stunning under the low magnification.
As I prepared to set up my main scope for imaging clouds rolled in.
I have search for a bit to identify the craters but I have not found a similar terminator image
to help me identify it - any ideas?
