Claude - with all due respect - it's not a risk if you can rig the system so you will NEVER be caught. Lee Harvey Oswald was the unwitting fall guy in it all. And he was deliberately murdered by Jack Ruby, who died not that long after it all. CIA/NSA and FBI were all involved, this order all came down from the top knobs at the DOD.
