I've got no problems whatsoever with people voicing their opinions and in fact am a firm supporter of such.
I would have made very similar comment if it were directed at the Koran, the Torah, the Tipitaka and many others, I assure you that.
However there may be a difference between voicing an opinion and intentionally mocking others beliefs? Not that Ian did that. He may have been unaware of the fact many Christians do indeed take the bible literally, hence my comments. Perhaps they are the minority, I'm not sure but it shouldn't matter.
So for explaining this only and asking Ian to take it easy, I feel I prompted a few more negative comments about some peoples faith. Nice fellas, nice
