Sounds like South West WA. Normally fine, warm in the day. Then perfect for the night. But the last week the clouds come over at twilight and thats it, nothing but cloud.
Global warming?
P.S. What equipment are you using? The shots look great. Cant wait for a good seeing night to come by.
