Last time I saw something like this I though I had discovered a super nova
Turned out not to be in the sky at all but an actual reflection within the imaging train. It could very well be a reflection caused by stray light source on to the glass of your lens. Someone walked past with a laser, or the neighbours light switched on and off. Anything really.
