I did some research on the product, and it looks like it is made by a German company called
VSCom. They don't have any distributors in Australia, but if you want to shop around for the product try googling it's original product name,
VScom USB-4COM
They also make an industrial line, and an industrial line pro of usb to serial converters, some nice hardware.
