why are there voids? well, i though that it had something to do with fluctuations during the big bang, clumping matter together.

Yes your comments are vacuous and you would be in big trouble if anyone understood what vacuous meant...
Yes everything has to be answered in the context of the big bang but you cant get away with using words like vacuous to throw us off avoiding anyone calling upon you to explain "clumping"... I thought clumping was something you could only do with boots on..big ones at that...it is clear you are trying to intimidate all of us with big words we will never get to understand...and while we are at it what is this term "fluctuations"... what has share prices got to do with this...or are you saying we indeed are in a capatalistic universe where matter..er money and energy.. er money can indeed be created and destroyed... yes I can see what you are driving at..very advanced thinking...
