I now tried to make some changed to my webcam driver setting, left exposure to minimum, Gamma to minimum and White balance to maximum. Please note it has been blown up by 300%
Without tracking it does create a blur but am assuming to super clear weather in Perth tonight is helping just that little more.
The bug is biting, took 10 minutes to get 900 frame video, took 1.5 hours to process and play. Love it, especially with nice cool weather. I m sure there is more that I can do, part of the learning curve and the great assistance from IIS and ASWA members.
