Moon Pictures from Sydney Star Gazer

I picked up a Celestron 130SLT reflector telescope in March 09 and since then have been picking up various bits and pieces for the telescope.

Being able to do some serious astronomy viewing was now possible but I still wanted to be able to take pictures through the telescope.

So I now have that ability...... just a pity that weather conditions recently have not been so great.

But I do have a few pictures and they are attached here.

This week I have also started my astronomy blog where I am posting images and giving daily viewing conditions for Sydney amateur astronomers..... this I hope helps give people an idea on possible viewing conditions that night... or will it be raining again...or will we be having more sand storms.

If anyone wants to check the site it is here

Please be kind though lol I am updating it daily but it is only a few days old.

Hope you enjoy these pictures attached. I am still learning how to take them through the scope but not a bad start.
