Cadbury vs. Darrell Lea Chocolate over the colour purple.
BP vs. Woolworth's over the colour green.
And, a heap of others.
Apple is well within their right to contest the registered mark under Australian law. Whether they get anywhere remains to be seen.
I'll be keeping an eye on it at work.
