What do you mean you said "I had evidence of experience to fit every requirement they asked for plus I had proof that I have experience in what they teach the new staff!! The training they give is to teach new staff how to hold school clinics, organise competitions and hold a Gala Day. I have already done all these for the ARL! That shocked them!! "
