I was managing a big London bookshop during the Salman Rushdie Fatwa nonsense. The security people detained a young women who appeared to have some dynamite in her back-pack. She refused to be searched so the police had to be called. About a dozen showed up with an AT order to look in her bag.
Well... er....you can use your imagination as to what might look like a stick of TNT and what a female college student might carry in the depths of her bag!
