Like everyone else here I'm waiting to see what these 10" scopes are like. Will they flare as well? Who knows, but I won't be asking the people selling them.
This flaring occurs when a bright star is just inside/outside the cams FOV, I get it with the RC and SCT. Slew around a bright star with continouse short exposures, and youll see the effect very clearly.
