I'm a sucker for punishment.. Abbey kept me awake the first half of the night but I still got up at 3am to do some imaging of Mars and the moon.

Unfortunately the seeing was quite ordinary, about 3-4/10 and thus the image isn't as good as I'd hoped.

I had to process it fairly hard to bring out the detail because of the bad seeing, hence the bright limb edge has re-appeared

Anyway here it is, there are volcanoes on this image again - I think Olympus Mons is the dark spot in the lower right corner of the planet. It mostly matches up with the simulation.

Oh and I'm experimenting with presentation style, as you can see.
