Oh, you lucky sod. Where abouts are you from? North or south island?

I haven't done much to this image, at all, actually. From memory, I applied one or two curves adjustments to bring out a bit of colour and brightness. The rest is what the camera captured.

Of course, shooting in diffused light (overcast days) or late afternoon also helps as light is warmest and softest at those times.

I was just having another closer look at your photo. May I ask, is that "effect" of depth and .... theres something else, my eyes won't focus correctly on the mid section of the image, especially the grasses / trees to the right of the water fall. Have you done some type of "blend" I guess that's not the right term really, to get that effect? I am not sure what it is but something really draws your eye into that frame, I really like the mid section, that's why I am asking. would love to try and mimic that effect.

I am guessing though it is probably more operator and equipment, for the effect, rather than editing.
