Could be a series of double internal reflections from the thick Maksutov corrector. The radii of the corrector are concentric, and given the specific wavelength of Ha, you might expect a series of evenly spaced concentric rings with sharp boundaries - which is what we are seeing (look at the brightest star - 3 concentric rings evenly spaced). Another factor may be that anti-reflection coating is not as effective toward the end of the spectrum ?
