Narrow Band Methods

I have started back on the mono scene again, and did some narrowband imaging last night, The Helix. Started shooting Ha, S2, and O3, but when I saw the S2, I abandoned this as there was virtually zip on the image. Ha, and O3 however were bright, looked good.
So the question is, what is "normal", heck is any of this normal, when it comes to combining the respective channels. In my case from last night I only ended up with Ha, and O3, plus a measly 300 second sub of L.
But assuming I had all three, what channel becomes what?
Below is a couple of trials, no real processing, just a quick look.
