I've got two dream cars, I own both...
The first one is an Alfa 105 GT Junior. It's the race car in my sig. Here's a picture of it all washed and packed ready for Sandown, tomorrow!!.
The next pic is what happens when the driver's ambition gets too far ahead of his ability (140kmh pit straight wall at Phillip Island).
The last is my daily driver, it looks like a pretty ordinary family sedan, but blows the doors off the Falcodores at lights, not that I'd do that of course...
As to the "no replacement for displacement" guys 'n gals, there is a replacement it's called grip and engineering.
