Here's a 3 panel mosaic at F/5 on my 5". Meant to do 6 panels to include M20 but the clouds rolled in around 12:30am so that was it

2 panels are 10x10min and the third only 3x10min due to clouds.
I stitched them in PS3 with the standard merge. Calibrated and flat fielded. It's the first time I tried using the QHY8 without the nose piece as to minimise the amount of glass in the optical train and internal reflections. So basically the sensor was exposed to all the air in the 55mm/2" spacer until meeting the glass from the MPCC. I blew dry the cavity with a hairdryer prior to assemble it and didn't have any icing or fogging problems. Fingers crossed.
It's amazing how much more signal you get in when you cut down on filters and glass surfaces.
