GSO focussers have two small grub screws (Hex key (Allen) heads) that hold the main body of the focusser to the base plate. Loosen them and rotate to personal preference and re-tighten. Careful - not much holding it all in place, especially if you load it up with barlows and big eyepieces!
Check those screws are firm.
