Downhill you say? I thought that was a weird analogy initially, usually it would be put as an "uphill battle" given the learning curve...

But then an image sprung to mind, of someone hurtling downhill at a 100miles/hour on a go cart, with a crash helmet, chattering teeth and hanging on for dear life...
