Mark, Bird and I often talk about the interaction between the layers and the jet stream. The presence of the jet stream does not automatically ensure that the seeing will be bad. My best image taken were taken with a predicted 300kms jet stream. This was May last year on the 9-10th. The more we look into it the harder it becomes to decipher. I would recommend that you use the site below which has a better predictor than the site you have shown. The one you show often does not match the Uni.sys site. On this occassion is does.
