Mike - with all due respect - politician does something stupid, wastes tax payers money, probably doesn't have to pay for it like a normal person would have to, and people find that OK? If that was a normal person, I'm sure most people would be saying what an idiot. But it seems that being a politician seems to give them some protection from criticism. Double standards mate.
Maybe I shouldn't have said my original comments, but imho, a missing politician is no loss on our society.
