I have to ask - unless you have one 15GB file, why can't you just split your files over several disks?
Second thought - if you do have a huge single 15GB file, why not use a file splitter program to split it into smaller ones that do fit on a DVD each.
I use CDBurnerXP, but don't think it can span multiple disks.
