doug try this

on the finished image... as it is now

duplicate layer
auto color (images...adjustments.... autocolor)
blending options blend as 100% color

this will balance a bit bluer without effecting any of your luminosity
dont just use autocolor on the image alone as it often darkens and or clips the image you must duplicate first.

edit....

for further color work i use a program called lightroom , also owned by adobe. in this slect the green chaneel and change its hue to the yellow end and then incrase the luminosity in that channel.

have attatched a quicky having done all above

note this doesnt work on all images, but it can sometimes be a quick way to balance an odd color cast
