color balance is probably the main culprit.
i presume you have photoshop
use IMAGE....ADJUSTMENTS....LEVELS....t hen the centre eyedropper and click it around the image (usually in a peice of dark sky) and see the changes.
or you can duplicate the layer, select IMAGES..... ADJUSTMENTS.... AUTO COLOR and the blend as color. worth a try.
i havent had a tinker with your image, often by the time it gets here its beyond real repair and needs attention earlier to really reap the benefits.
