Well its actually an ancient Himilayan ritual passed down through the ages from yak herder to yak herder. Recent visits to the Himilayas by hikers have begun the process of sharing this secret to some trusted individuals, only one per country, I'm led to believe. Allan perhaps is our country's chosen one...??
My suggestion? buy a whole bunch of them at a flea market and throw them away after 1 use...
