No worries, Eardrum. You've got a great scope, and you'll get the hang of it in no time. Then you'll want to take it to a dark site for a real
experience. That's what I did but with only an 8" (200mm) Dob. I can only imagine how much better the 12" would be (and I'm turning green as I'm writing this).
