That is absolutely sensational. A truly superb rendition of this object and to think you took it surburban Sydney. Amazing.
You've captured those nice folds in the gas/dust in the bottom right very very well. I did not get that clarity with a 180mm triplet
and dark pristine skies so you've done really well there. The image looks a bit like the sun poking through storm clouds.
Your 110mm triplet at F7 - do you know who made the lens? WO sometimes had TEC supply lenses for the 110 but not sure if they
still do. That lens is certainly a beauty, probably very high strehl ratio. Triplets rule eh?
I also think you have chosen your gear very well. A very nice combo that is working beautifully. Don't take that for granted as not all gear goes together as well as that.
