OK I understand.
One has the right to free speach, but not to offence.
Put the offended into the same class as climate skeptics.
I welcome free speach if it constructive. Perhaps "Welcome to Country" is free speech.

Oh, I believe it is acknowleging the traditional CUSTODIANS not owners.
