This should fit snuggly on a 230mm diameter rolled tube. PM sent.

Unless you purchase a decent grade pine, either a A-A or A-B grade hoop pine, when you cut a narrow ring there will be lots of voids and gaps between the layers. Bunnings plywood is one of the worst, in my opinion. Only good for firewood.
