I'll consider adding it to my short list of personal celebratory dates, the other being
Festivus (for the rest of us) on December 23rd. Actually, this goes against the beliefs of Festivus so I'll have to pass on this.
Perhaps there should be a non-religious day or weekend every year to celebrate all things to do with amateur astronomy?
