You may be right I saw that movie too
I've checked out a number of sites on the net and cannot find any images of internal reflections looking even remotely like this
previous internal reflection images have looked uniform when taking images of M83 (this is the only time I've had the reflections appear)
no internal reflections appear when taking images of nebula or open starfields with this scope
this ones a mystery to me
