You may need to either clone the MAC address of the original PC or power cycle the Satellite connection to reset the MAC address on the router.

People are right - a PC conection to the router using a ethernet cable (instead of a USB connection) is ideal as more of the TCP/IP stack will be implemented in hardware (versus a corruptible software stack). Ethernet is simply alot more reliable.
