Thanks for your replies guys, much appreciated! I ran the scanpst.exe, did a few compacts as well as running the Archive process and none of these actions fixed the problem, so it’s reassuring to know it’s not at my end.
I tried again this morning and everything appears to be working okay, including receiving the 15
“This is an e-mail message sent automatically by Microsoft Office Outlook's Account Manager while testing the settings for your POP3 account” test messages that I sent to myself!
