I liked this doco so much I got the DVD.
Unfortunately the lessons have not been learned wrt Iraq & Afghanistan.
McNamara worked with Curtis LeMay. The Character in Dr Strangelove "General Buck Turgidson" was rumoured to be modelled on LeMay.
Hilarious send up. LeMay was as mad as they come.
I think McNamara was also credited with the introduction of car seat belts.
