Thanks guys

You're right this thing is huge, even the ED80 crops the edges off it.
I'd have to go for the 250mm Tamron to frame it nicely.

I am lucky to see so far into the northern hemisphere.
I even have hopes of one day capturing a complete set of Messier objects, but with M81/82 reaching a maximum of 7/8 degrees above the horizon it's a slim hope of getting something blurry.
