2hr 38min animation of "Birds Impactor" from 22nd July

Hi All,
This is an 18 image animation captured July 22nd from 12:37 to 15:15 UTC. The seeing was variable, averaging approx 6/10. All images are R channel captures of 2,700 frames with the best 700 stacked for each image. This animation represents the best 21,600 of 48,600 frames.

Capturing the R channel meant more data per capture than what is possible when capturing R, G & B channels and provided higher resolution of Anthony's impact region.

South is up and West is to the right, Ganymede is to the left and Europa with it's shadow is to the right.

This animation is a 1.9Mb file

16" F4.5 GEM Newt, Anssen Technologies dual axis drive & drive corrector, Peltier cooled primary, JMI Moto Focus, Orion filter wheel, Astronomik's RGB type II filters, DMK 21AU04 CCD and 3x TV Barlow working at 5.3x

Thanks for looking.
Regards
Trevor
