A few "quick and dirty" pics from earlier this month, just before full moon. These are my first ever shots of the Eagle and Swan nebulae. Very impressive objects, and quite exciting for me seeing them appear on the screen for the first time, so I'll definitely be returning for longer efforts.
I was very pleased with how these relatively short exposures came out in the end considering the moonlight and lights of surburbia, although obviously no competition for some of the beautiful long exposure shots others have posted here. I just love my Hutech light pollution filter...
