[Rod66 (Rod)]

I recently acquired an Orion Stratus 13mm (wideview) lens and have been playing non stop with it. I had some great viewing last Saturday combined with a 2x barlow. I got up this morning at around 5.30am and found my good friend Jupiter just hanging there waving at me so I took a look and lo and behold, there was a little dark spot on the surface. Funnily enough I could see the moon still separate from Jupiter but it was obvious it was the moon shadow. Sorry to all you experienced wise heads out there but I was pretty excited seeing it for the first time in my setup. Now to look for the new scar...
