The background does look a little green on our monitors, maybe some of this is due to area light pollution and there appears to be coma present for if you look at the stars in the corners of the image they are all pointing away from the center.
We had this when we were using our 8" Newt and corrected the problem with an MPCC coma corrector.

Thanks everyone for your encouragements & comments. Yes David I should look into the coma corrector further down the track or heavily cropping my images. But for now I am pretty happy to push on with the current setup
