The 2' diameter dish (covered in camo canvas) on the front left hand side is the gunners IR lamp!
I would guess it would be a reflector of about 0.2 FR...
(It's a straight incandescent lamp with an IR (passing) filter. In night vision mode you can see stuff a couple of k's away and shoot it in the dark with only the muzzle blast to give away your position).
