Jupiter - Neptune conjunction.

One for the log books. Nothing fantastic but I got out there.

Meade SCT & .63 FR. Canon 300D @ ISO-800 for 3.2sec. FOV approx 60x40 arcmin. The best of a very poor bunch.

Transparency; good. Seeing = atrocious (2-3 @ best) with gusty SE winds upsetting the applecart. Focus using DSLR Focus but the seeing just wasn't up to it.

Don't know why Jupiter's moons are oval. Tracking or drift (over 3.2 sec ) or field curvature from the FR.
