Hi qld! I have one of these, you got a bargain - they work OK, but tend to be a bit rapid. If you want to do a conversion to variable speed, here's a DIY document that might help you. I got a friend to do it for me, as I'm not into that sort of tech stuff. Of course you'd do it at your own risk...
