In relation to your experience Glen: Its been a while since I was in York Optical's (YO) Brisbane shop. I never reported just what service I experienced. I'm a newbie, and Matt, of YO atended to me. I spent hours with him and he was happy to inform me of all the pros and cons of various systems.
I verged on the edge of stalking the place.
In short, he taught me a wealth of knowledge. And being a newbie I neglected to give due credit to the guy.
