Probably not, man. Most people don't care enough about their grammar or spelling, let alone having to go to great lengths to insert non-standard characters into their text.
I use that sort of thing quite often, but, just use a character map (like, charmap.exe under Windows) for the symbols I can't remember off the top of my head.
